Sinhala Avurudu was celebrated at Mallika Home on the 8th of April, 2019. The elders enjoyed the traditional games and other festivities along with the infants of the Sneha Child Development Centre, committee members and staff.
An "Avurudu Kumari" was chosen and crowned after much deliberation.
We were also all subjected to a political rant from a would-be "politico".
